Volunteer Signup Closed for the 2025 Season

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Inclusive Ski Touring! Our volunteer signup is now closed for the 2025 season, as we are thrilled to be at capacity with over 70 incredible volunteers. We encourage you to check back in the fall of 2025 for opportunities to join our volunteer team for the 2026 winter season.

If you're interested in getting involved in the meantime, we highly recommend participating in one of our on-resort programs. You can join for free using the code INCLUSIVE2025 and experience our tours before volunteering.

Thank you for your enthusiasm and support—we look forward to welcoming you to our community!

Volunteer Testimonials

“I am stoked to return as a volunteer with IST! I had a great time volunteering last year at Whaleback (and leading one tour) which were all Open-to-All Programs. However, I feel most compelled to lead Women’s/Non-Binary and/or LGBTQ+ due to the importance of representation and making space for marginalized folks in outdoor spaces that was harder to find when I started ski touring / adventuring in the outdoors. I want to help facilitate a safe and welcoming space where folks can come together and learn in affinity, feel more comfortable asking vulnerable questions, and be empowered to explore.”

“I fell in love with backcountry skiing a few years ago, and I want to share that with others. There are so many barriers to getting involved in backcountry skiing, making it a white cis male dominated sport. I saw this during my time skiing in CO, primarily with groups men and always feeling like the slowest & the odd one out. IST's mission really resonates with me, and I want to be a part of lowering the barriers to backcountry skiing to give everyone the opportunity to fall in love with this sweet sport! The opportunity to practice leadership skills and meet some new people is also very motivating for me”

“I’d love to try and take on a leadership role for a BIPOC/ outdoor Afro day! I feel my excitement and background could be a great face for the communities”
